Hotel website
When someone asks where to stay nearby, is your property the one suggested?
Travellers now ask an AI. It only names the hotels whose information it can read.

Why an AI names another hotel
- Facilities never listed
- Rates only on the platforms
- No direct booking
A booking is decided in a few minutes
Usually in the evening, on a phone, between two browser tabs.
“Where to stay two nights as a family, not too pricey?”
On the platform
- Your hotel · “all comforts”
- Price shown after commission
- Your photos, their button
every night sold goes through them
On your own site
- Double room · €94 – €128
- Free parking · wifi · breakfast
- Direct cancellation, no middleman
the night’s revenue is yours, in full
You are not named.
You are named, and reachable.
A price visible without hunting
Even a range. A site with no price loses against a platform that shows one.
Photos that load fast
Rooms are chosen on images. Heavy ones lose the visitor before they even appear.
The phone number at the top
For the awkward requests: a group, a pet, a late arrival.
What people check before booking
Three trip-planning questions, typed as they come. If the answer is not on your site, the hotel next door gets named.
“A hotel near Disney with free parking?”
facilitiesEvery facility has to be written out. “All comforts” matches no search at all.
“How much for two nights as a family in July?”
ratesA price range and the room capacity. Without a price, people go and look on a platform.
“Can we arrive late in the evening?”
practicalCheck-in and check-out times, and whether reception is staffed. Left unsaid, it causes cancellations.
Four things that bring the booking back to you
Fixed once, they keep working night after night.

Direct booking
Every night booked with you is commission you do not pay. It is the most immediate saving there is.
direct gainYour facilities, listed one by one
Parking, wifi, breakfast, step-free access, pets allowed. These are exactly the filters people apply.
the foundationDistance to the places people care about
“Twelve minutes by car from the park”: an AI repeats that sentence as it stands, if it is written.
Your rates, or at least a range
A site with no price sends the visitor off to check a platform, and that is where they book.

A third of the sector already sells direct
- 34 %of hospitality and food service businesses sell through their own website, against 17 % across all sectors.
- 22 %go through a marketplace, against 8 % across all sectors. Dependence on platforms is twice as strong here.
What commission actually costs you
Your room nights, your average rate, the commission: the calculator takes your figures, line by line.

Some of those guests already knew you, or would have found you directly.

Questions hoteliers ask
The platforms already fill my rooms. Why change?
You are not changing, you are adding a channel. Every night booked directly is commission you keep, on guests who would have found you anyway.
Platforms forbid me from showing a lower price
Rate parity applies to the displayed price. It does not stop you offering something extra to direct guests, nor being named by an AI that quotes your site rather than the platform.
My rates change with the season
A range is enough, and you edit it from your phone. “From €80 to €140 depending on the season” beats “contact us”.
I already have photos on the platforms
We reuse them, compressed. A platform photo often weighs several megabytes, and that is what slows a hotel website down most.
How much of my time does it take?
Thirty minutes on a call at the start, then your opinion on the mock-up. Text and photos: you provide them, or we handle it.
I need a booking engine. Is that extra?
Linking to your current engine is included. If you do not have one, we set one up; the cost depends on the provider and is stated up front, in the quote.
Is ChatGPT the same thing as Google?
Not quite. Google ranks ten results; an AI names one or two. It needs written facts: parking, distance to the park, check-in times. That is included in the price.
