Website for professional practices
When someone looks for a professional like you, is your practice the one named?
Future clients and patients look you up before they call. What they find decides whether they call.

Why an AI names another practice
- Specialities left vague
- Nothing about new patients
- No online booking
People choose a practitioner on what they can verify
Three things reassure before any first contact.
“Which practitioner can see me near here?”
Booking an appointment
- By telephone only
- Front desk: 9 am – 12 pm, Mon–Fri
at 10:41 pm, nobody picks up

bookable at any hour, reason by reason
You are not named.
You are named, and reachable.
Who you are, with a photo
A background and a face count for more than a list of qualifications. A relationship is starting.
Where you are, precisely
Floor, door code, access, parking, transport. These details prevent lateness and cancellations.
How to reach you, without detours
A tappable number and online booking. A form on its own discourages anything urgent.
The questions that come before the first call
Three patient requests, word for word. If the answer is not written on your site, you get skipped.
“A practice taking new patients in Chessy?”
availabilityWrite it plainly, and keep it current. It is the first filter applied.
“How much is a first consultation?”
feesA range, and whether you are covered by the health scheme. No price sends people to a colleague who shows one.
“Can I book online?”
bookingThe link has to be visible from the top of the page, not buried in a contact page.
Four things that decide an appointment
Fixed once, they bring your practice up when people look for a practitioner.

Your specialities, spelled out
Nobody searches for “a therapist”; they search for a specific reason to consult. Each reason deserves its own sentence.
the foundationNew patients: yes or no
It is the first question asked, and almost never the answer written. An AI cannot guess it.
the most overlooked pointOnline booking
Many people would rather book a slot at 10 pm than call at 9 am. Without that option, the call never happens.
conversionFees stated plainly
What is left unsaid worries people. A written range beats a silence that sends them looking elsewhere.

What an empty slot costs
Your fees, your empty slots: the calculator adds up what you enter, no estimates.
Income missed over a year
€7,920
An empty slot cannot be made up later. It only fills if it is visible at the moment somebody searches.
Comment ce montant est calculé
Slots per week × price × weeks worked. The figures are yours, change them as you like.

Questions practitioners ask
My profession forbids advertising
An information website is not advertising. Describing your specialities, hours and fees is patient information, which most professional bodies encourage. We work within your code of conduct.
I already use a booking platform
It handles your diary, which is fine. But it is the platform that appears in searches, not you, and it keeps the relationship. Your site can keep it as a diary while making you visible.
I would rather not display my fees
A range is enough, and it is often what triggers the call. No price reassures nobody: it sends people looking elsewhere.
I am not taking new patients
Write it down. It saves you pointless calls, and the day you reopen, the change takes two minutes from your phone.
How much of my time does it take?
Thirty minutes on a call at the start, then your opinion on the mock-up. The text: you provide it, or we handle it.
Do I need a photo of myself?
It is not compulsory, but it is what reassures most before a first appointment. A photo in your own practice, not a studio portrait.
Is ChatGPT the same thing as Google?
Not quite. Google ranks ten results; an AI names one. It needs explicit answers: your speciality, your town, whether you take new patients. That is included in the price.
